May 25, 2018, a new European privacy regulation, known as The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), goes into effect. You can find the full policy here .https://gdpr-info.eu/
The new policy aims to raise the bar for data protection, security and compliance in the industry as well as establish a fundamental level of privacy rights for European citizens.
We support the GDPR entirely and ensure our services fully comply with its provisions by May 25, 2018.
We have also taken the upcoming changes as an opportunity not only to update our privacy policy to reflect the requirements of GDPR but also to review and improve the ways we collect, store and process personal data to ensure an overall higher level of security protection for our users.

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
a. We will notify the users via email within 7 business days;
b. We will notify the users via in site notification within 7 business days;

We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

d. You have filed a claim to processing data, pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Company override Yours.
4. Right to take your data. You can ask us for a copy of your personal data and can ask for a copy of personal data you provided in machine readable form.
5. Right to delete data. You can ask us to erase or delete all or some of your personal data where one of the following grounds applies:
a. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
b. there is no legal ground for the processing;
c. personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in law to which the controller is subject;
